Right of withdrawal

The German version is the legally binding one. This right applies to consumers only.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, inform us — Doppelweiss GmbH, Meddenwarf 1, 22457 Hamburg, Germany, [email protected] — by a clear statement (for example a letter or an e-mail). Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used. No fees are charged for the refund.

Early start of the service

If you ask us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you owe us a proportionate amount for the part performed up to your withdrawal. You give this consent expressly at checkout.
