Terms

The German version of these terms is the legally binding one.

1. Provider

Doppelweiss GmbH, Meddenwarf 1, 22457 Hamburg, Germany.

2. Subject matter

What is owed is attention and movement: availability as stated, calls, research, presence at events and contacts actually made, within the package booked. No outcome is owed. In particular, no closed deals, no funding commitments, no won customers and no investment decisions by third parties are promised. This is a service contract, not a contract for a specific work result. No investment, legal or tax advice is provided.

3. Scope of the packages

• €25 / month: asynchronous WhatsApp exchange, reply usually within two working days. No calls.
• €1,000 / month: four scheduled calls per calendar month, ongoing WhatsApp access, market research on the agreed subject. Unused calls expire at month end.
• €10,000 / month: presence in the client's market, network building, monthly written report. Three-month minimum term when paying monthly. Travel costs are agreed in advance and billed separately against receipts. One client per industry.

4. Admission

The provider may decline a membership or end it within fourteen days of booking without giving reasons; fees already paid are refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are net plus statutory VAT for business customers and inclusive of VAT for consumers. Payment is made in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually. The annual fee equals ten monthly fees.

6. Term and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the end of the current period; the €10,000 package has the minimum term stated above. Annual subscriptions run twelve months. Cancellation is possible at any time via the "Cancel a contract" page.

7. Confidentiality

Both sides keep information received during the cooperation confidential, also after the contract ends.

8. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, liability applies only to breaches of material contractual duties and is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. No liability is accepted for the client's commercial success.

9. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg where the client is a merchant.
